What are your services?

intelHUB is a team of professionals in Private Cloud. We specialise hosting, design and build tailored front and rear facing solutions. Our client services include single person operators to global corporate enterprise business. Our VIP Overwatch service is tailored to high profile professionals in Sport, Music and Movie industry, and is open to others too.

Where are you based?

intelHUB is owned and based firmly in the United Kingdom. Our full team is located internationally covering a global client base.

Where is my data stored?

UK based business is stored firstly in the UK ensuring PCI Compliance standards. Companies located throughout the UK, EU and Internationally are tailored to suit client requirements.

Where are your data centres?

We operate in data centres around the world to keep your products and services running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These are formed as Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4 and Group 5.

Do I get technical support?

Yes, our technical support services are available 24/7/365. Customer Service and General Support is inclusive with all hosting solutions. Telephone support is available during office hours. We also operate a premium service which details can be found here https://intelhub.net/support

General questions and answers about your account

How do I create an account?

We create your account once you request a quotation or become a client. Your login credentials will be sent to you separately. We protect client details and information at every level.

Can I have additional users on the account?

Restricted permission levels are granted to your account area. You can have as many additional account users as you like, all with selective security permission levels.

Can I track my products and services?

Yes, you will have secure access to your account area where everything is available including quotation and invoicing, solution usage, project management information, domain listings and renewals, SSL certificates and more.

Do I need non-disclosure?

For general business we leave this option completely up to you. We enter into non-disclosure agreements with all corporate and VIP account holders.

How do I request a quotation?

Simply call us directly and we will take some information from you – nothing too complicated in the first instance. We always send quotations before any products and services are applied to existing accounts.

All quotations are available in your account administration area. You can choose to accept the quotation by simply clicking the ‘ACCEPT / DENY option. An invoice will be automatically generated for payment

How do I make payment?

We take automated subscription payments from your card, or you can setup a standing order and bank transfer. This can be scheduled for monthly or annually in advance. Discounts are applied for annual payments.

Do I receive reminders?

Automated reminder emails are sent on every service and solution, so you’ll never be caught out. Automated payments are scheduled, or you can pay your bill directly from your admin account area.

General questions and answers about General Data Protection Regulation

What is the GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation is a new EU privacy legislation that will replace the 95/46/EC Directive on Data Protection of 24 October 1995.

When does the GDPR take effect?

The GDPR will be directly applicable in all European Union Member States starting from 25 May 2018.

Does the GDPR affect me?

If the GDPR applies to intelHUB’s processing of your data — for example, if you are established in the European Union, or established outside the European Union but offer goods/services to data subjects who are in the European Union — it requires your contract with intelHUB to contain certain data processing terms. Unless you accept the DPA 1.0 https://intelhub.net/terms-and-conditions/data-processing/ (Data Processing Amendment), your contract will lack those terms. We therefore recommend that you accept the DPA 1.0 on behalf of your organisation or seek legal advice.

Does the GDPR require storage of personal data within the EU?

No. Like the 95/46/EC Directive on Data Protection, the GDPR sets forth certain conditions for the transfer of personal data outside the EU. Such conditions can be met via mechanisms such as model contract clauses.

What role do third-party ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and SOC 2/3 reports play in compliance with the GDPR?

Third-party ISO certifications and SOC 2/3 audit reports can be used by customers to help conduct their risk assessments and help them determine whether appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place.

How do we handle our GDPR commitment to our Education customers?

As a intelHUB Private Cloud Education customer, you control all the data your business submits and stores in the Private Cloud services. We process your data only according to our agreement with your business. We do not use data you put into Private Cloud suite for advertising.

We provide deletion commitments, as well as transparency on subprocessing by vendors (such as support services) and the locations of our data centres. To provide assurances you may view the location of our data centres https://intelhub.net/managed-services/data-centres/

When we handle end user personal data for this product on the customer’s behalf, we will act as the customer’s processor under the GDPR.

How do we handle our GDPR commitment to our Business customers?

As a intelHUB Private Cloud Platform customer, you choose what data your business stores and what applications your business creates and runs on the service. We process your data only according to our agreement with your business. We do not use data you put into the intelHUB Cloud Platform for advertising.
